In the implementation of the cooperation agreement signed with the Academy of Justice of Kosova, on 20 October, 2022, by the invitation of the Academy of Justice of Kosova, the Director of the School of Magistrates, Mr. Arben Rakipi and a group of judges of the First Instance Administrative Court, participated in a joint training activity of judges Kosova & Albania, on topic: “Judicial practice in administrative cases. A comparative view regarding standards and practices in relevant countries.”
The activity was focused in details on:
- Judicial practice in administrative cases in Kosova;
- Judicial practice in administrative cases in Albania.
In the activity were presented:
- Tradition and current practice of the analyses in both countries.
Each topic was followed by discussions and debates regarding the judicial practices of countries and problems encountered.
The one day activity marks the continuation of the organization of joint training activities that are focused on the continuous professional formation of judges and prosecutors of both countries on topics of common interest.
