Training of trainers on topic, “Methodology of mentorship and evaluation of candidates for magistrate in Professional Practice. The role of mentors in the training of magistrates.”

In the context of the Program of Initial Formation, the School of Magistrates organized on 5 – 6 March, 2024 the training activity on topic: 

“Methodology of mentorship and evaluation of candidates for magistrate in Professional Practice. The role of mentors in the training of magistrates.” 

The panel in this training activity is composed of:   

• Sokol Berberi, expert; 
• Arben Isaraj, expert; 
• Aida Bushati, facilitator. 

The main purpose of this training activity is as follows: 

• Further improvement of mentoring methods; 
• The role of the mentor in this important process; 
• More efficient methods in their final evaluation. 

In this activity were elaborated various topics such as:

• Legal framework, duties of mentors and practical application; 
• On the process of mentoring and the development of skills of candidates; 
• The evidencing of the best practices; 

Determination and explanation of the indicators of evaluation, evaluation of candidates.
