Online training september 30TH - October 1ST

The School of Magistrates in cooperation with Netherlands Helsinki Committee is doing online, with the technique of a Joint Group Meeting (JGM), the training activity on topic: 

“The rights of LGBTI community."

In this training will be elaborated different topics such as:

• National, European and international standards; 
• Hate crimes; 
• Albanian legislation, (general view and challenges); 
• The role of police, prosecution, judicial and advocacy;
• The role of the victim and of the defendant including the participation of NGO;
• Compensation and recovery;
• Cases of practice and the way how they proceed to the court, etc.
