Visit to the School of Magistrates, the High Council of Magistrates and the Cassation Court of Italy

23 - 25 March 2022

In the context of cooperation with the High Council of Magistrates of Italy and the project “Support to the Albanian School of Magistrates in the framework of the constitutional reform process,” a visit is made to the Italian School of Magistrates, to the High Council of Magistrates and to the Court of Cassation, of a delegation of the School of Magistrates, consisting of:

Mr. Arben Rakipi, (School Director); (and)

Lecturers:

Marjana Semini;
Sokol Berberi;
Dashamir Kore; (and)
Vangjel Kosta.

The purpose of this visit is:

The signing of a cooperation agreement with the Italian School ; (and)
The continuation of the support for the School of Magistrates in the implementation of activities subject to the agreement and the project.

During the visit, a cooperation agreement was signed with the Italian School of Magistrates and meetings are held with:

The Steering Council of the Italian School;
The Project Steering Committee;
The High Council of Magistrates of Italy;
The first President;
The General Prosecutor; (and)
Components of the decentralized formation at the Court of Cassation.

During the visit were discussed and concluded:

Forms; (and)
Possible further directions of cooperation between our institutions.
