Notification of the conflict of interest prevention unit

Based on law no. 9367, date 07.04.2005, On the prevention of conflict of interest in the exercise of public functions, amended by law no. 9475, date 09.02.2006 and by law no. 9529, date 11.05.2006, by law no. 86/2012, date 18.09.2012 and by law no. 44/2014, date 24.04.2014, are notified: 

1. All public officials of the School; (and) 
2. Registered candidates for competition, who have such a personal interest, that affects or may affect the impartiality or the objectivity of the conduct of competition procedures;

To take, within 25.03.2024, the necessary steps to avoid such a conflict by notifying, on their own initiative:

1. The Director, (public officials of the School); (and)
2. The Unit for the prevention of the current or potential conflict of interest, in the School of Magistrates, (registered candidates for competition.)

Attached to this notification, will be found:
