Subject: Notification on the completion of the procedure for the preliminary evaluation of promotion, for the competition of the Head of the Sector of Finance, with candidates.
In the application of the Law no.152/2013, on the civil clerk, changed, and of the sentence of the Council of Ministers no.242, date 18.3.2015, on the fulfillment of vacancies for the basic and intermediary category of management, is notified the end of the procedure of promotion, for the competition of 1 (one) vacancy for the position of the Head of the Sector of Finance, as follows:
For the notified competition for the position of the Head of the Sector of Finance, in the School of Magistrates, of candidacies presented, Mrs. Alketa Havari is in terms of the notification of the date 12.09.2018.
After the preliminary verification on the accomplishment of general and specific requirements established in the notification for competition, was noticed that the candidate who meets the conditions for acceptance in the civil service and in the application of Law no. 152/2013, on the civil clerk, of Chapter V, parallel motion and promotion, of the sentence of the Council of Ministers no. 242, date 18.3.2015, on the fulfillment of vacancies for the basic and intermediary category of management, Chapter III, promotion, this procedure is ended with 1 (one) valid candidacy after the procedure of preliminary evaluation, who is:

It is notified that, the date, place and time of the competition will be notified after 4 October 2018.

The above mentioned candidacy will be considered valid for this procedure.
