In the application of the Law no.152/2013, on the civil clerk, changed, and of the sentence of the Council of Ministers no. 242, date 18.3.2015, on the completion of vacancies in the lower and middle management level, changed, is notified 1 (one) vacancy in the position of Head of the Sector of Initial Formation, as follows:
For the notified competition for the position of Head of the Sector of Initial Formation, in the School of Magistrates, of candidacies presented, Mrs. Iris Xhanaj and Mr. Rinald Pacara are in terms of the notification of the date 28.10.2020.
After the preliminary verification on the accomplishment of general and specific requirements established in the notification for competition, was noticed that the candidates meet the conditions for acceptance in the civil service and in the application of Law no. 152/2013, on the civil clerk, of Chapter IV, on parallel motion and promotion, of the sentence of the Council of Ministers no. 242, date 18.3.2015, on the completion of vacancies in the lower and middle management level, of Chapter III, promotion, this procedure is ended with 2 (two) valid candidacies, after the procedure of preliminary evaluation, who are:
1. Iris Xhanaj
2. Rinald Pacara
The above mentioned candidacies will be considered valid for this procedure.
