Notification on parallel motion promotion in the lower and middle management level “Head of the Sector of Initial Formation”

In the application of the Article 26, of the Law no.152/2013, on the civil servant, amended, as well as of Chapters II and III, of the Sentence no. 242, date 18.3.2015, of the Council of Ministers, the School of Magistrates notifies procedures of parallel motion and promotion for the position:

Head of the Sector of Initial Formation - Category: III-a

The above position initially is offered to the civil servants of the same category for the procedure of the parallel move. Only if at the end of the parallel movement procedure, results that this position is still vacant, it is valid for the competition through the promotion procedure.

FOR BOTH PROCEDURES (PARALLEL MOTION, PROMOTION) IS APPLIED AT THE SAME TIME.
