Notification on vacant positions

Based on Article 251, point 3, and on Article 275, of point 4, Law no. 115/2016, on the organs of the management of the system of justice, (amended); of law no. 7961, date 12.7.1995, Labour Code of the Republic of Albania, (amended), as well as of sub-legal acts in force, the School of Magistrates, notifies the procedure of competition on vacancies:

1 (one) vacancy:  Director’s Secretary

1. General description of the work for the position is: Enforcement of laws, decisions and duties assigned by the Internal Regulation of the School of Magistrates; the organization and use of all sources to accomplish duties assigned by the Director.

2. Criteria for application

• To have full capacity to act; 
• To be  able to work; 
• Not to be criminally convicted by a final court decision; 
• To enjoy moral and professional integrity and not to have disciplinary measures taken against him or her for violating the rules of ethics. 

3. Documentation required to be submitted

Candidates who apply must submit the following documents: 

1. Application for the position being applied for; 
2. Curriculum Vitae;
3. Photocopy of diploma, and the list of school grades (including even the Bachelor diploma);
4. Photocopy of the work booklet, (in all pages which verify work experience), (if they have);
5. Photocopy of the identity card (ID);
6. Health Certificate;
7. Criminal Record Certificate, (Criminal Record Certificate downloaded from the government portal e-Albania is also accepted);  
8. Any other documentation that confirms the training, qualifications, additional education, positive evaluations or other mentioned in your Curriculum Vitae.

4. Required qualifications 

1. To have university formation, in these areas: law, communication sciences, social sciences, language – literature, public relations, foreign languages, etc.; 
2. To have knowledge of at least one foreign language: English, French, etc.;
3. To use the basic computer programs.

6. Method of selection:  Selection of the winning candidate will be done through the competition by file and direct interview on the knowledge, capacities and competences related to work. Only selected candidates will be notified by phone or email (if they have), about the date and time of the interview.
