Public notification for adjunct lecturer and specialist in the programs of professional formation

The School of Magistrates of the Republic of Albania calls for adjunct lecturer and specialist in the Programs of Professional Formation at the School of Magistrates.

The invitation for application, for adjunct lecturer and specialist in the Programs of Professional Formation, is available for judges and prosecutors. The selection criteria for the position of the adjunct lecturer/specialist are established by the Article 264, of the Law no. 115/2016, on the organs of the management of the justice system, as well as by Annex 11 of the Internal Regulation of the School of Magistrates approved by the Steering Council. 

Because of the meeting of needs for lecturer and specialist in initial and continuous programs of the School, that are related with the EU directives and with the process of negotiations, where currently is involved our country, we are specifically interested for subjects: European Criminal Law, Environmental Law, Capacities of the prosecutor to present a case to the court, The minor and the victim, Private International Law, Customary and tax law, Professional ethics. 

Applicant candidates should submit to the secretary of the School of Magistrates, their application and documents under annex 11 of the Regulation to make possible the beginning of the procedure that the regulatory act requires to be fulfilled by them.

The deadline for the submission of documents is up to 20.08.2023.
